Common questions from landlords
How long does it take to switch managing agents?
Usually around 5–7 business days from when you give us the go-ahead. We handle all the paperwork, coordination with your current agent, and tenant introductions. You don't need to do anything awkward – we manage the entire process.
Will my tenant be affected?
We make the transition seamless for tenants. We introduce ourselves, confirm all existing lease terms, and make sure they know who to contact. Most tenants tell us the switch was the smoothest part of their tenancy.
What if I'm locked into a contract with my current agent?
In NSW, you can terminate a managing agency agreement by giving the required notice (usually 30 days, but check your agreement). We'll walk you through exactly what applies to your situation – no pressure, no obligation.
How do you handle maintenance?
We set approval limits to your preferences – urgent items are actioned immediately to protect your asset, and anything above your threshold is quoted and approved by you first. You'll always know what's happening through your owner portal.
I don't have a tenant yet. Can you help?
Absolutely. We handle everything from rental appraisals and professional photography to marketing, inspections, tenant screening, and lease execution. Request an appraisal and we'll take it from there.

Once you give us the go ahead, we set up your landlord account and management preferences exactly how you want them. We confirm communication style, approval limits and key priorities, then begin the handover with your current agent.
Step 3: We review everything and meet the tenant
We coordinate the handover, collect keys and tenancy documents and introduce ourselves to the tenant. We inspect the property, confirm everything is in order and begin managing your property properly from day one.
