Switching to The Gallery is simple
You can change managing agents at any time, even if your tenant is still living in the property. We handle the switch end on your behalf.
Step 1: Tell us about your property
Complete the form and we'll be in touch to understand your situation and what's been happening.
Step 2: We handle the switch
Once you give us the go ahead, we set up your landlord account and management preferences exactly how you want them. We confirm your communication style, approval limits and key priorities, then begin the handover with your current agent.
Step 3: We review everything and meet the tenant
We coordinate the handover, collect keys and all tenancy documents and introduce ourselves to the tenant. We'll arrange a time to meet them and inspect the property, confirm everything is in order and start managing your property properly from day one.
