  • We use a combination of methods to determine the best rental price. This includes studying the current market trends, analysing comparable properties, and our in-depth knowledge from years of experience. We aim for a price that maximises your return while ensuring the property doesn't stay vacant.

  • We conduct regular digital and physical routine inspections to ensure your property is well-maintained and any potential issues are addressed promptly. The exact frequency can be tailored based on your preferences and the nature of the property.

    On average, most properties are inspected twice per year.

  • We have stringent processes in place to handle such situations. If a tenant misses a payment, we initiate immediate communication to understand why. If the issue persists, we follow legal procedures to protect your interests while adhering to local regulations.

    Our tenant grace period is 2-3 days, as long as a reason is provided.

  • For general repairs, we have tradespeople that we have been doing business with for years.

    In our onboarding process, we tailor this procedure that best suits you.

    For example: If you know an Electrician who is your brother/friend or preferred Electrician, we will ensure they are used.

    We will always contact you (if you like) to inform you of any repairs that are needed and we’ll coordinate the rest.

    You'll always be informed and can track progress via our Landlord portal.

  • Annually, we provide a comprehensive financial report that can be given to your Accountant.

    You will also receive Monthly or Fortnightly Statements for payments (Depending on your preference).

  • While the duration can vary based on market conditions, our engaging marketing campaign and state-of-the-art property presentation often ensure faster tenant placement than the industry average.

    Our average days on market is 12 days.
