Step 3: We meet the tenant and start managing
We introduce ourselves to the tenant, inspect the property and confirm everything is in order. You're properly managed from day one.

Do I need to tell my current agent?
You'll need to give them written notice (usually 30 days) but we can do this on your behalf. No awkward conversations. We handle everything.
Will my tenant be affected?
Not at all. The lease stays the same. We simply introduce ourselves and make sure the tenant knows who to contact. Most tenants tell us the transition was seamless.
What if I'm mid-lease?
That's completely fine. You can switch agents at any point during a tenancy. The lease transfers with the property, not the agent.
How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 7 business days from when you give us the go-ahead. We've done this many times and it's a smooth, well-practised process.
