The Gallery has an onsite office located right at the front entrance, meaning we're not just familiar with the building, we're part of it. We manage a significant share of the apartments here and work closely with strata and residents every day.
Being onsite lets us move quickly. We coordinate with Building Management and strata daily, manage keys and access, and work with trusted local trades, including our onsite handyman.

By-laws & building rules
These notes are a quick guide only. Always refer to the official Moore Park Gardens by-laws and Building Management instructions for current requirements.
Moves
Moves must be booked with Building Management and follow current lift and loading-dock procedures. See "Move in or out" in Resident tools.
Pets
Pets require Owners Corporation approval before they enter the complex. Use the Pet Application form in the Resident tools section.
Renovations
Most renovations need OC approval (and the correct SP form). Works must be done within approved hours and with protection of common areas.
Balconies & common areas
Keep balconies tidy and free of stored items visible from common areas. No items may obstruct hallways, stairs or exits.
No disturbance
Respect quiet enjoyment. Avoid excessive noise, particularly evenings and early mornings. Comply with any building-posted quiet hours.
Waste & recycling
Use the correct bins and chutes only. Large items and e-waste must not be left in refuse rooms — arrange disposal via Building Management.

Onsite Property Management
At The Gallery, our service at Moore Park Gardens is built around the complex itself. Leasing campaigns and inspections are tailored to MPG's layouts, facilities and move-in rules, with a focus on attracting the right tenants and minimising disruption.
With an onsite office, we handle keys and fobs locally, coordinate trades quickly, and work directly with Building Management and strata to keep approvals, works and compliance moving. It means faster results and peace of mind knowing your property manager understands the building inside out.

Book through Building Management using the current Move In or Out instructions on the resident portal.
Do pets need approval?
Yes. Submit the Pet Application to Building Management before bringing a pet into the complex.

Common property is Building Management or the Owners Corporation. Inside your lot, lodge tenancy repairs with The Gallery via the PropertyMe app.
