The Gallery Real Estate named 2026 Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency

The Gallery Real Estate named 2026 Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency

The Local Business Awards have run for more than three decades and recognise the businesses that local communities rely on most. Winners are determined by public nomination and voting, with finalists selected across categories spanning retail, hospitality, professional services and real estate. The 2026 City of Sydney awards were announced at a gala evening on 11th May, bringing together hundreds of small business owners from across the region.

The Gallery Real Estate was named most Outstanding Real Estate Agency in the City of Sydney area, recognising the agency's standing within its community and the strength of its relationships with landlords, tenants and local residents.

Brooke Constantinidis named a finalist for Outstanding Youth.

Portfolio Manager Brooke Constantinidis was also recognised on the night, named as a finalist in the Outstanding Youth category. It's a meaningful recognition of the work Brooke brings to the team and the standard she sets every day in how she looks after the properties and clients in her care.

The recognition follows Principal Thomas Tamine being named 2026 Young Small Business Champion Entrepreneur at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards just two weeks earlier, capping a significant period of recognition for the boutique Redfern-based agency.

A note from Thomas Tamine

Two awards in two weeks is something I never would have expected when we set this business up six years ago. What makes the Local Business Award especially meaningful is that it's voted by the community. It isn't a panel of judges or an industry body. It's the people we work with every day. Landlords, tenants and neighbours who took the time to put our name forward.

Seeing Brooke recognised as a finalist for Outstanding Youth on the same night made it even better. Brooke joined us as a young property manager and has grown into one of the most capable operators I've worked with. The way she handles her portfolio, communicates with clients and shows up for the team is genuinely a credit to her. A nomination at her age, in a category that recognises the next generation of business talent in the area, is a fair reflection of where she's heading.

When you run a boutique agency, you don't have the scale or the marketing budget of the larger franchises. What you have instead is your reputation and the work itself. Every email answered properly, every inspection done thoroughly, every tradesperson briefed correctly. It compounds quietly over years and eventually it shows up in moments like this.

The Gallery has always been built around one idea. Property management deserves to be done as well as any other professional service. Not as the side product of a sales business, but as the main event. This award tells us that idea resonates with the community we work in, and that means a great deal.

Thank you to every landlord who has trusted us with their investment, every tenant who has made one of our managed properties their home, and every member of the team who shows up and does the work properly day after day.
