Our website is a Web Excellence Awards winner
The website you're reading this on has been named a winner at the Web Excellence Awards, in the Website category for real estate.
The Web Excellence Awards are an international program judged by working marketing and web professionals. Entries are scored on innovation, creativity, how well they're built and the impact they have. Ours was entered by Push Creative, the Sydney studio that built the brand and the website with us.

One idea, built out properly
Everything Push made for us hangs off one line: the art of property management. It came out of a series of workshops about what actually sets us apart. A team that stays. Processes we don't skip. Systems we built ourselves. And a belief that managing someone's property well is a craft, not admin.
From there the brand was kept deliberately quiet. Clean type, generous space, a restrained palette and real photography of our own people and places. The website was the centrepiece. It had to look the part, but more than that it had to be easy to use and turn interest into a conversation.
The website
This is the part the award recognised. A site that tells landlords and tenants what we do and why it's different, then makes the next step simple.
Since launch we've kept building on it. Suburb guides, the Owner Guide videos, an instant rental report and a faster way to book a call have all been added on top of the foundation Push laid. A good platform makes that easy.
The brand around it
The same system runs through everything else we put into the world. On the street, on the office glass, on a business card and in the guidelines that keep it all consistent.
The people behind it
The photography and film were shot around our office and the buildings we manage. No stock images. What you see is the team and the places we look after every day.
A note from Thomas Tamine
Earlier this year the brand won Gold at the Sydney Design Awards. Now the website has been recognised on its own. I'm proud of both, though this one feels a little different. The website is where most landlords meet us for the first time, so it has to do real work, not just look good.
Thank you to the team at Push Creative for the thinking and craft that went into it. And thank you to every landlord and tenant who's trusted us. The website only holds up because the work behind it does.
